Management

We will be your face to the tenants. You don't even have to meet them if you don't want to and they don't even need to know who you are. We will collect the rent, take the phone calls when something goes wrong and either fix it or get someone we trust to fix it. We will carry out property inspections as often as you want us to and ensure the tenant is treating your property like you want them to. We will also find and sign up new tenants.

Minding

Do you own a rental property that you manage yourself and you are going overseas for a month or more and want someone to manage it for you for the time you are away. We will collect the rent, and carry out any maintenance that may arise in the time you are away.

Maintenance

We have an experienced team who can deal with all those maintenance issues that you either don't know how or don't know what to do,or you don't have the time to do it. No job is too small, no maintenance job is too big, from fixing broken door handles to building a new deck or renovating your interior. We will co-ordinate the plumber, electrician, floor sander and whatever else your job requires and act as your project manager for the whole job.
